Roosevelt wishes for the war to end as soon as possible He hates seeing his men
die or fall in battle and will say yes to ALMOST any alliance Roosevelt hopes to start his own faction with any ally he finds it possible with. He Hates fighting and need some support to talk him into things. Roosevelt does not stand for betrayel trickery or having his men POWED. Roosevelt Hates making people POW and knows that they would rather die than be a Innmate and Roosevelt Respects that.
